Noticeable tannins up front, due to the Pinot Grigio, that leads to notes of strawberries and apricot. The fruit doesn't overpower the flavor profile, it just produces a nice, mature style Orange Wine.
Aged for 7 months in neutral oak before bottling. Very floral on the nose and palate, a lot of rose petal characteristics. Candied cherry leads to light tannins which then brings out notes of blueberries and a soft vegetal component.
