This is the classic "New Zealand Style" ice cream that you'd find at the beach and farm stands throughout the country -- a style of ice cream that I grew up eating on my families apple orchard in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Real strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, & raspberries are blended and swirled into a creamy vanilla base.
