Geisha Spirits (4oz)

This Geisha goes through a careful double fermentation process that starts with sorting, floating, and removing the fruit skin before fermenting in sealed bags for 140 hours to bring out floral and citrus flavors. It then ferments again for two days and dries under the sun for 18 days, with tangerine peel added for a bright citrus touch. After drying, the coffee rests for 25 days to let the flavors come together. The result is a smooth, sweet cup with notes of green tea, lemongrass, orange, and flowers
