These Beef Meatballs are noting like Itlian Meatballs....actually they are the exact opposite...Firm..Flavorful...and they provide a nice textural contrast to the soft rice noodles we serve with our Pho. This Pho is served exactly the same as our Washugyu Beef Pho but with Meatballs instead of Rare Steak and Brisket. My suggestion is to ADD BEEF TENDON to this...one of my favorites!
