Pinhook Cask Strength is a bold, small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged about five years and bottled at cask strength (high proof, uncut and unfiltered) to showcase its full intensity and flavor profile. Crafted with a traditional bourbon mash bill of mostly corn with some rye and malted barley and matured in new charred American oak, it opens with rich aromas of caramel, baking spice, toasted oak and dried fruit.
