For this bar, Cuna de Piedra uses their Dalia blend, which features rich caramel notes that complement their Comalcalco, Tabasco 73%. On Malaquías’ finca, several hundred cacaotrees coexist with wild black pepper vines and various citrus species. Cuna de Piedra is proud to work closely with them to ensure fair wages and ongoing sustainable harvesting.
